Food for the soul

Have you ever wondered why you are addicted to shopping? or food? Why is your mind so cluttered with thoughts that you cannot see things clearly? The  internal chaos and conflict invariably leads to external chaos. If you are full of self doubt, fear n guilt, it will automatically reflect in your everyday life. So, how about looking within and clearing the internal clutter first.
start by focusing on unresolved issues. Energy follows thought. So if you have angry thoughts or have been angry for many yrs, it is time to let go. When you suppress anger and guilt, you attract similar kind of people in your life. By simply forgiving them, you will open up avenues to meet new people who will bring new energy with them. 

Forgive yourself. We all make mistakes and all fall from time to time. Being angry at yourself for the blunders will only stall your growth. No one is harmed but yourself. Make peace with your past decisions. It is the only way to move on. You need to be at peace to have peace in your surroundings. Less is more. Cut down on buying new things and learn to live with less. This helps in better energy flow within your personal space and will allow you to focus on what is important.

Be more aware of your thoughts. Choose happy thoughts over depressed ones. Be conscious at all times of what you are thinking and how it is affecting your mind and body. By simply becoming aware, you will automatically veer towards thoughts that make you feel good and productive. 

Resolve emotional issues. Untangle all your knots from the past. If it means stepping out of a destructive relationship or saying goodbye to a friend - do what it takes to get your peace of mind back. Only when your mind is not cluttered, you are at peace with yourself. 

Dont do things that make others happy. Do things that makes YOU happy. 

By looking within and becoming a better person you are ready to take control of your environment.
